Who runs this site

[I will insert my real name, background and photo]. This is an explicit owner-supplied placeholder, not a verified biography. The site owner has not yet provided a public author name, professional background, qualifications, or portrait. We therefore do not present the author as a psychologist, therapist, or credentialed coach. Articles use the byline “Site author — name to be supplied” until the owner supplies accurate information.

Why it exists

The site is intended to make ordinary behavioral patterns easier to discuss without reducing people to defects. A concrete example can be more useful than a sweeping statement that you are your own worst enemy. We offer a short editorial quiz, detailed guides, and practical articles that let readers compare descriptions with their own experience. The purpose is education and self-reflection, not diagnosis, treatment, or a promise of transformation.

Independence and terminology

My Saboteur Check is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official assessment of Positive Intelligence, Shirzad Chamine, or any third-party program or trademark. Some everyday category names overlap with other frameworks. The questions, explanations, and exercises on this version of the site are newly written for this project, not presented as material from those programs. We make no claim to reproduce their methods.

Editorial approach

We distinguish practical suggestions from research findings and link to named sources for further reading. External resources do not endorse this site or validate the quiz. We avoid claims that a short activity can reveal an unconscious cause, rewire the brain, or guarantee improved health or success. Examples are illustrative, not reports about real clients. The expanded library was first published on 19 October 2026. Publication and revision dates are recorded separately: changing a date alone is not an editorial update. A referenced paper provides context for its own subject, not scientific validation of our quiz. The site owner still needs to review the material, provide an accurate byline, and supply the promised background before presenting it as personally authored or professionally reviewed.

Corrections and reader feedback

If a passage is inaccurate, unclear, or insufficiently sourced, please use the contact form and include the page URL and relevant wording. Avoid sending sensitive health details. The owner can review submissions in the site’s private data area. We do not promise a response time or individual psychological guidance. If you need professional or urgent support, use appropriate services rather than waiting for a reply here.
